Oceans

A New Exhibition at the Evolution Gallery of the Muséum national d’Histoire Naturelle

from the 2019-04-03 until the 2020-01-05

The health of our oceans is something that many of us are keen to promote right now. The rise of plastic pollution, rising water levels, melting sea ice and more are putting our oceans under great threat. One way to engage with people on this subject is to celebrate the diversity of life below the waves. That is exactly what The Muséum national d’Histoire Naturelle are doing with their new Oceans exhibition.

Here, visitors can come and learn about the great creatures that live in some of the most extreme underwater environments. There will be exhibits on the weird and wonderful creatures that we never get to see, as well as some specimens and skeletons from some of the ocean’s greatest marine mammals. Natural history lovers will be able to learn a lot about ecology and marine science from this new exhibition.

The show opens on April 3rd and continues until the 5th of January 2020.
