Chaillot is one of four national theatres, housed in the vast Trocadero building and now mostly - but not exclusively - used to showcase modern French dance.

The main auditorium can seat up to 1,250 people, with a smaller 420-seat room in the same building and an 80-seat studio for 'experiences' (i.e. experimental pieces that will test your patience to the max).
